Write about

• Corrections — anything that has gone out of date or was wrong to begin with.
• Hotels that belong in one of the four categories.
• How an entry was written, or why a property is or is not listed.
• Privacy requests, including removal of anything you have previously sent us.

We cannot

Take a reservation, hold a room, change a booking, answer for a hotel's policies, or pass a message to a property on your behalf.

Every hotel described here runs its own front desk. That is the only place a stay can actually be arranged.

Replies

Email is answered when there is something useful to say. Corrections come first. Press and partnership pitches are usually not answered at all.
